Salient Features:
 
Depending upon the engine running temperature and exposure to natural
element, the material of construction of the bellow is determined from materials, such as, Inconel, Hastalloy, Stainless Steel etc.
 
Flanges and end connections are also manufactured to very close tolerance from Castings, Forgings, Plates and Rounds.
 
In-house testing facilities, such as, CMM and Shadograph are utilized to measure applied tooling and the manufactured part to ensure that the convolution radius, pitch and depth profile are as per design parameters
 

Appropriate welding technologies, such as, Micro-TIG, Micro-Plasma, TIG and
Plasma is employed to ensure that all welded joints provide proper sealing and tensile strength.
